Riley Hooper is a documentary film director and editor. Her forthcoming feature, VESTIBULE, has received support from the 2024 Sundance Documentary Fund, and won the 2024 Points North Pitch as well as the 2023 Ji.hlava U.S. New Visions Pitch. Her short documentaries have won numerous “Best of festival” awards and screened at festivals across the U.S. and internationally—including Hot Docs, Camden, and DOC NYC. Her films have appeared on The New York Times Op Docs, Vimeo Staff Picks, Short of the Week, and The New Yorker. She is a member of the Brooklyn Filmmakers Collective.
