Event: “The Artist as Researcher” featuring Fred Wilson and Andrianna Campbell

Join us for The Artist as Researcher, a special public program with artist Fred Wilson.

The artist will present his research processes for his upcoming exhibition, Afro Kismet, at Pace Gallery and his 2017 exhibition Wildfire Test Pit at Oberlin College. Following the presentation, the artist will be joined by art historian Andrianna Campbell to discuss the complex histories of origin, migration, and race that Wilson’s work addresses, as well as the research processes that guide both of their practices.
