Art21’s staff and board mourns the passing of Glenn DuBose, an award-winning producer, director and arts programming administrator who passed away on November 10, 2016 at the age of 81. An Art21 board member for more than a decade, DuBose was an early advocate for bringing Art21’s films to PBS.

He also produced or directed more than sixty national arts programs for public television, setting a standard that Art21 will continue to follow in the years to come. PBS President Paula Kerger called him “a legendary presence in the world of public television.”
